Terms & Conditions

• In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966, all animals must have veterinary referral before attending a consultation unless solely for maintenance treatment (find referral forms on the contact page)

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% appointment charge

• Payments should be made at the appointment or prior to the appointment

• If you are claiming for physiotherapy through insurance, payments must be made by the owner, insurance forms can be filled out by the physiotherapist and the owners will be then reimbursed by the insurance company if approved. If you wish for the insurance company to pay Physio + directly you must present the approved insurance forms before the initial consultation.

• Animals must be clean before treatment with a suitable safe place for the appointment to take place

• Travel charges may be applied at the company's discrestion

• Please let me know ASAP if any of the following applies to you or your animal

  • you have COVID-19 symptoms​

  • you have been contacted by NHS track and trace and told to isolate

  • your animal has an injury which the vet is not aware of or has not given permission to treat

  • you or your animal has a contagious illness
